Designed by international architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by New York’s Rockwell Group, and developed by Related Group, this residential project is anticipated to elevate oceanfront living with a collection of 119 luxury residences along the sun-soaked sands of Pompano Beach with 283-feet of pristine frontage along the Atlantic Ocean. Related announced the launch of sales earlier this year, with availability comprising one- to four-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,085 to 3,934 square feet, and priced from $1.8 million.
The City of Pompano Beach’s Planning and Zoning has received an application from Keith and Associates, Inc. on behalf of the Related Group for an Air Park Obstruction Permit to build a 243-foot-tall condo tower above sea level. This project is one we’ve covered before, which is planned to rise 21-stories and addressed as 900 North Ocean Boulevard intersecting with Northeast 10th Street and facing the Atlantic Ocean. The developer has selected world-class architectural firm Arquitectonica to design the 470,691-square-foot tower which should yield 119 dwelling units, 2,207 square feet of commercial space and 232 parking spaces.

Designed by renown architectural firm Arquitectonica, the building is planned to rise to a structural height of 243-feet and yield 470,691 gross square feet, 119 dwelling units, 2,207 square feet of commercial space and 232 parking spaces. The interior lot is bounded by NE 10th Street to the north, HWY 1A1 (N Ocean Blvd) to the west and the Atlantic Ocean to the east. Miami-based Related Group is the owner of the application listed under an affiliate company titled PRH 900 North Ocean LLC.
