Construction is complete on Aston Martin Residences, a 66-story residential building at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami. Located at the mouth of the Miami River, this milestone was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the Coto family, Aston Martin executives, Buenos Aires-based architect Rodolfo Miani from Bodas Miani Anger, leaders from Cervera Real Estate, and Miami Mayor Francis Suarez. The event marked the culmination of nearly a decade of development, with the tower now officially open and housing 391 condominiums. Projections suggest a sellout value exceeding $1 billion.

Designed by BMA Arquitectos y Associados with Revuelta Architecture International as the architect of record and developed by G & G Business Developments in collaboration with luxury automaker Aston Martin, the sail-shaped reinforced concrete structure will yield 391 luxury dwelling units with over 42,000 square feet of amenities. Coastal Construction is managing construction, while Cervera Real Estate is handling sales and marketing.

YIMBY recently checked in on the progress of construction at the Aston Martin Residences, a 66-story luxury residential skyscraper under construction at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way in Downtown Miami. Designed by BMA Arquitectos & Asociados with Revuelta Architecture International as the executive architect and developed by G&G Business Developments, the structure is on its way to its final height of 816-feet-tall and picking up the title for second tallest building in all of Miami. The building will yield 391 tastefully designed residences in collaboration with automaker Aston Martin.
