Luxury electric vehicle manufacturer, Lucid Motors, has opened its newest facility at Miami Worldcenter, a transformative mixed-use development in Downtown Miami. The location, spanning nearly 23,000 square feet, features a Lucid Studio where customers can experience the brand’s luxury electric vehicles, including the award-winning Lucid Air sedan. Operating from Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on weekends with adjusted hours, the facility also serves as a service and delivery center for the Lucid Air. Lucid’s Miami Worldcenter location offers an immersive environment that showcases the company’s distinctive design aesthetic.

The development’s ownership has signed an agreement with Live! Hospitality & Entertainment to bring its nationally acclaimed concept, Sports & Social, to the project. Located just steps away from Miami’s FTX Arena, Sports & Social’s Miami Worldcenter location will occupy approximately 20,000 square feet within the development’s glass-encased ‘Jewel Box’ retail building, designed by Nichols Architects, and will include an open-air third level and a rooftop restaurant overlooking the World Square public park and plaza.

Developers Acquire 26-Acre Development Site For Planned $120 Million Class-A Residential Community In Cape Coral

West Palm Beach-based real estate developer Shoreham Capital, in partnership with Salt Lake City-based Bridge Investment Group and Denver-based Wynkoop Financial, announce the acquisition of a 26-acre development located at 186-264 Tierra De Paz Loops in Cape Coral, Florida. The planned $120 million development, dubbed Siesta Lakes, will be a Class-A residential rental community. Current plans for Siesta Lakes include 412 apartment units comprising one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with each residence having a private balcony, as well as open concept living areas and high-end finishes. Amenities will include a gym, pool, dog park, pickleball courts, business center, and more. Construction is slated to begin in Q4 2022.

Architecturally designed by Stantec with interiors envisioned by Mary Cook Associates for developers CIM Group and One Real Estate Investment, the property comprises 257 residential rental apartments, 61,503 square feet of Class A office space and 33,474 square feet of ground-floor retail. Leasing operations and property management are being led by Bozzuto, while Rockhill Management, L.L.C. (Rockhill), is serving as the management team for the commercial and retail components. The building began welcoming it’s first residents in March, with 50% of units already under leases.
